Overview
Optional Item - A Date Range Schedule is one that is made using a Date Range session type. These session types sell time that has to be used within a certain time.

Date Range Session Types
Date Range Max - A Set amount of hours to be used within a time range.
Date Range - Unlimited time to be used within a time range.
Length of Schedule
The schedule sent to MarketPlace must be the exact length of the range in the session type or shorter.
For example, if you set up a 7 day date range session type, you may sell schedules of 7 days only. So for a week of Summer Camp you would create a schedule for week 1 and a different schedule for week 2 etc.
Activate Packages
To set this up Packages must be green in your Sections column.
Ready the Session Type
1. A date range package of sessions will need its own session type. The session type below is Date Range, which is unlimited hours within a seven day period for 150.00 for the full 7 days.
The price will be set in the schedule so if the price is different in set up that does not matter.
If you don't have the relevant session type available create a new one in Configure Session Types.
Customer Purchasing
2. If this item will be sold only as sessions in a schedule to buy onto, you don't need to set up customer purchasing, unless you want to load a picture.
3. To load a picture create a Customer Purchasing row. Press the pencil to load your picture and the pencil turns green to indicate a picture is loaded. You don't need default minutes if you are creating the sessions.

4. The Session type must be green in the Packages column.
Create Schedule
5. Create a schedule as normal to sell your date range session type services. Remember to keep within the time frame for Date Range and the time frame and hours for Date Range Max.
REMINDER: The schedule may only be as long as the date range session type. So if your date range is 7 days for a week of camp the schedule may only be for a week.
For Date Range Max session types your schedule may only be as long as the date range session type and include the exact amount of time or less as is programmed in the session type.
6. In the Create Multiple Sessions area of the schedule add the MarketPlace information to the Details area:
- Class - Name of Service
- Room - Any additional information
- For Sale - Price for full duration. Can be different to price in session type area.
- Max Attendees
- Display - Full description that shows in Marketplace
- Sell individually - Leave off
View in MarketPlace
7. Save your schedule and refresh your MarketPlace page to see the package listing.
8. The item will remain visible in Marketplace until:
- The maximum attendees has been met (either via MarketPlace or added by your admin team)
- The item is out of date
- You remove the price from the schedule in TutorFirst.
