Overview
Optional Item - Sending an individual session forms part of the store front and enables you to sell one or more sessions created individually to your customers or prospects.
These are one-off sessions that occur from time to time, if sessions are set up to happen regularly on a certain day at a certain time then use a schedule to send the individual sessions to MarketPlace.

Activate Sessions
To set this up Sessions must be green in your Sections column.
Activate Session Type
The session type used to create the session must be green in the session column.
Ready The Session Type
1. If you don't already have the session type set up create it in Configure Session Types. The price will be set in the ssession so if the price is different in set up that does not matter.
Customer Purchasing
2. If this item will be sold only as session to buy onto, you don't need to set up customer purchasing, unless you want to load a picture.
3. To load a picture create a Customer Purchasing row. Press the pencil to load your picture and the pencil turns green to indicate a picture is loaded. You don't need default minutes if you are creating the session.
Create Session
4. Create your session in the normal way with the required session type.
5. In the session Advanced Options area add:
- The price for the entire session in the For Sale field. Do not use a currency symbol.
- Description of your offering in Display
- Maximum number of students
- Optional - check to highlight if you want a New badge displayed
Description
6. The Class & Room fields can be used for a name and info.
7. Rename the labels for these fields in your MarketPlace configuration for presentation.
8. The new labels will appear in your session description in MarketPlace only, not in the session in TutorFirst.
View in MarketPlace
9. Save your session and refresh your MarketPlace page on your website to see your session for sale.
10. The item will remain visible in Marketplace until:
- The maximum attendees has been met (either via MarketPlace or added by your admin team)
- The item is out of date
- You remove the price from the session TutorFirst.
