Upload a document to a student record and set it to be visible via the login of the attached Parent/Customer.

This function is for individual documents that are private to the student and parent.
Private documents may also be passed to the parent login by adding an Assignment for the Parent via the Assignment tab in the student record.
General informational or blank documents that you would like to be available for all parents when they login would be handled by creating a parent category in the Document Library.

Tutor Accessibility
Both displaying a student document and a parent Assignment Document will be visible to the assigned tutor. To prevent a student document being visible to the tutor load this with a code of Restricted.
Load Document
1. Upload the document to the student record in the normal way via the Notes/Docs tab, pressing plus to add.
2. Name the document and give it a category of Parent Visible, then Browse your computer and select the document.
3. The document will be listed in the student record as type PV.
4. If the linked parent/customer has a login then the PV documents will be visible in the student details alongside any Answer Key Test reports, Learning Plans or Progress Reports and may be downloaded by the parent.
Change a Document Category
5. To change a category of a document press on the document row on the student Notes/Docs tab.
6. Make edits in the pop up box and save.
