Learning Plans and Progress Reports may be emailed to various recipients.

Email Learning Plan or Progress Report
1. Inside the student record working from the LP or PR tab press the email button.
2. The email template will pop up. This is the email that will carry the report to the email recipient.
3. Check off the boxes for the recipients or add additional email addresses in the field. Multiple addresses may be added comma separated with no space.
LP's & PR's can be emailed to the following people by Oases by checking off the relevant box. Naturally, an email address needs to be recorded in Oases for the email to be sent.
a. Parent - Oases will use the email in Guardian One on the Contact Info tab of the student record.
b. Teacher - Oases will use the email or comma separated emails in the Teacher Email field on the Program tab of the student record.
c. Program/District Coordinator - Oases will use the email entered on the Locations Program page of the program that is assigned to the student record.
d. School Principal - Oases will use the email entered on the Associated Locations page of the location assigned to the student record.
e. Provider Coordinator - (Your employee) Oases will use the email entered on the Locations Program page of the program that is assigned to the student record. Oases will use the email entered into the Provider Coordinator 1 email. This has to be entered manually on this page.
f. Any other email you enter manually on the email header.
g. Your email - Using the 'Copy me' function at the bottom of the pop up box.
3. Your name and your company name will populate the email template automatically. This is set by an Admin in the template area but you may add text to the body of the email.

4. If emailing Learning Plans or Progress Reports to a school, district or agency they may be downloaded to a zip file and emailed in one go. Use the Actions menu on the Student list to download multiple items.

5. An Admin may check that emails have been sent correctly by using the Email Log report in the OTHER section of the standard Report area.
