Check Category is Available
If you need a new category create this before adding any documents.
Add a Document or Link to Document Library
1. To add a new item to the library, click Setup on the right hand side of the document page.
2. In the popup select the category for your new document or link.
3. At the bottom of the page select New Document.
4. Add the Title and Description.
5. If your item is a document press in the grey bar and choose the file from your hard drive.
6. Click Upload File.
7. If your item is a link to a web site, copy and paste the link in the field and click Save Link.
8. Your new item will be listed under your category.
9. When you are finished press Save.
Check Your Document is Accessible or Link Working
10. Select the category for your new item from the menu then press the link.
Document Size
Each document must be 20MB or less. Remove any symbols from the file name before uploading.
