Entering student answers for an Answer Key test you have set up in Oases.
Oases will grade the test and produce scores.

To Have in Place
An Admin must have created the test with Answer Keys in Oases.

Enter Test Answers
1. In the main menu select: People > Students > Open Student > Test tab.
2. Select New Test and select the test name in the test box.
3. An answer grid will pop up. (if no answer grid pops up then it is missing for this test and/or grade and will need to be entered by the admin team or check with your employer if you should be recording results that you grade manually)
4. The date will default to the current date. Change if the test was taken on a prior day.
5. The grade will default to the student's grade.
6. Enter the answers the student indicated on their test paper.
7. Press Save Answers and the results will be entered automatically into the test answer grid in the student's record.
Add a Note
8. Press in the blank space in the new test row under the title 'Notes' to add a note if necessary.
9. The note field will go live, add your note and press outside the field to save.
Print Test Results
10. After the test has been entered it will populate a row in the test grid.
11. Press the down arrow in the Open column to print test report.
12. Test results will open in pdf format for printing. Notes added do not appear on the test printout.
Email Test Results
13. Press the envelope at the end of the test row to email the test.
14. The parent email address from the student contact info page will auto-populate and the test will be attached by Oases.
Edit the Answers
15. If you made an error entering the answers, click on the test name in the test result row, make edits and save.
Create Learning Plan from Results
16. If standard associations have been completed you may now generate an automatic learning plan.
