
Overview
Student Progress Reports may be accessed via the parent/customer login but you may wish to approve the Progress Report created by a tutor prior to displaying this to the parent login.

Activate Approval for Progress Reports Required
1. A user with Admin access will need to activate this feature in setup.
Go to: Setup > Company > Config Settings > Student > Progress Report Approval > Yes.
2. Log out and back in again for the system to update.
The Approve Button
3. Each instance of a Progress Report in a student record now has an Approve button that may be selected by a user with Admin or Coordinator access.
4. The Approve button says Approve prior to approval.
5. When pressed the button says Approved.
6. Via the customer login, only the approved Progress Reports are visible.
7. This function applies to customer login display only and does not prevent the tutor from emailing the progress report.
8. If using the approve function please instruct your tutors to use the Task feature to create a task for their Coordinator or Admin to approve any new Progress Reports.
9. If you do not want your tutors to have to create a task for PR approval a custom student report can be used to display unapproved progress reports.
Visibility of Older Progress Reports
10. When activating this feature you will need to back approve all progress reports to maintain parent access to prior reports.
