Overview
If you need to record specific information after a session it's possible to create a Student Session Note Template to prompt your tutor for the required information.
You can make more than one for use in different scenarios.
Mark a template as the default that will load automatically in the session but may be overridden.
When working in TutorPlace interface these templates are also available for Progress Report selection by tutors.

3. Press New Template.
4. In the pop up box give your template a name. You need to be able to identify it in the set up area by the template name and tutors will need to be able to identify it in the session or the Progress Report if working in TutorPlace.

Please keep in mind that if you are creating this template to be used in Progress Reports via TutorPlace that the session specific macros will not be suitable for use as the progress report is not a session.
7. Paste the macros into text field of the template.

When creating multiple sessions from a schedule use the Session Note in Create Multiple Sessions to place this reminder note into each session for you.
12. This private session note will then display in each session for the tutor.
Default Session Note Template
