How to make it compulsory for a Student Session Note to be present in a session in order for the employee to submit the session as complete.

How it Works
1. When this feature is active if there is no STUDENT SESSION NOTE present when the session is given a new status, a prompt will appear to remind the staff member to enter a student note.
Access Levels
2. The requirement can be set at many levels so be sure to include at which stage you want the prompt to appear:-
- A tutor submitting and saving.
- A Lead Teacher & Tutor submitting and saving.
- A Coordinator, Lead Teacher & Tutor submitting and saving.
- Everyone submitting and saving.
Set Requirement
3. Go to: Set Up > Company > Config Settings > Sessions.
4. In the row called Student Session Note Requirement, select the level that will be entering and submitting the Student Session Notes.
5. Test by logging out as an Admin and log in with your test data for the level selected and try to submit a session without a Student Session Note.

6. This rule applies to the STUDENT SESSION NOTE and not the private session note.
