Overview
Documents that have been uploaded to a student record are visible to all staff members that have access to that student, if default settings and permissions are in use.

Restrict a document from Lead Teacher and Tutor
1. If you would like to limit a document to Admins and Coordinators only (not visible to Lead Teacher and Tutor logins) load the document with a category of RESTRICTED.
2. Once loaded there will be an R in the Type column.
3. This document may then be opened and viewed by a Coordinator or Admin.
