Overview
To be able to create a schedule of sessions or an individual session for a student the student must have the same location permissions as the session.
Student Location Permissions are essentially, 'where the student may have sessions'.

Default Location Permission
When a student is added manually or imported the primary location chosen will automatically be given as their location permission.
Add others if the student will be seen in multiple locations.
Add Student Location Permissions
1. Proceed to the Program tab within the student record. The current assigned program is on the right.
2. Drop the arrow to see the actual allowed locations within that program.
3. To add locations press Edit and change the x to a check to allocate an additional location or remove the check to remove permissions.
Change Program
4. To change the program for a student change this on the left under location.
