Overview
Students may be made active or inactive one by one from the Info tab within each student record.
However, if a program starts or ends and multiple students need to be made Active or Inactive this can be done, in bulk, from the student list.

Make Inactive or Active from Student Grid
1. From the main menu select: People > Students.
2. Press Filter and filter the Student list to the students you wish to make inactive/active using locations, assigned tutor or status.
3. Place a check mark to the left of the names required, this will make the Actions menu appear.
4. In the Actions menu type make and select make active or make inactive as required.
5. If choosing Make Inactive, select your option from the pop up.
