Create Automatic Learning Plan
1. To create an automatic learning plan the student must have test results on their test page from the Achieve Test or from a test your employer has matched to learning goals.
2. From the Test Tab in the student record place check marks next to the Achieve Test/s row and press Generate LP.
3. You will receive a green confirmation.
4. If you receive a red error message, make a note of the message and report it to your employer.
5. You may now open the learning plan on the learning plan tab.
6. View the goals assigned by dropping the Goal menu and select to view the goal and sub goals. Print, Delete or add Goals using the buttons.
Create Manual Learning Plan
7. From the student's learning plan tab in a student record press New Goal.
8. Choose Instructional Focus, Grade and overarching goal and press Add Goal.
9. This will drop this over-arching goal into the learning plan. The subskills will be turned off.
10. Turn on the subskills you want to add by pressing the red x to change to green check.
11. Add a comment for this over-arching goal at the bottom of the page.
12. Repeat this process for any additional over-arching goals, subskills and comments required.
13. Press print LP to view your Learning Plan in a new browser tab.
