Working with students via TutorPlace.

Student List
1. Press on Students to display the Student Grid.
2. The Student Grid will display the following interactive fields:
- First and Last Name - Press to enter the record.
- Address - Press to view on a map.
- Linked Customer Cell - Press to call.
Student Record Tabs
3. Open a record by pressing on the name.
4. The following tabs are the default view of TutorPlace. However, you employer may choose not to show all data.
- Contact Info - Student Name, Address & Info.
- Notes & Docs - Write a note or upload a document and view student custom fields.
- Test - Add test scores or grade a test.
- Learning Plan - Create or view Learning Plan.
- Progress Report - Create or view Progress Report.
- Attendance - View sessions or Read Student Session Notes & Summary of Hours.
- Assignment - View assignments added in sessions or view and add assignments directly.
5. Any tags assigned to the student will show on the Contact Info page under the field for the student cell.
Auto Save
6. Items added to the main fields in the Student Record will auto-save.
7. When a manual save is required it will be indicated in Notes & Docs.
Emailing
8. You can email the parent or the student by pressing the envelope icon next to the relevant email address in the student record. Both functions work with Student Email Templates.
Student Hours
9. On the student Attendance tab you can view the student hours. Regular hours will all be on one row.
10. Date Range Max Hours have a row per date range and details the range for scheduling and how many hours have been used.
11. Date Range Hours include the date range and infinity symbols to indicate unlimited scheduling between these dates.
