Section One - Traditional
If publishing on WordPress it is essential to add verbiage to your page that hosts your Webform then paste your code snippet whilst in the TEXT mode of Wordpress page publisher.
This includes any edits you do to your page in the future. Saving or updating the page whilst in VISUAL mode will strip the snippet. This is a wordpress issue over which Oases has no control.
This includes any updates you do to the verbiage on your application page in the future.
If you do need to use visual mode for any page updates ensure that you copy your snippet from the text mode tab first and return to the text mode tab to check your snippet before updating or saving.
ALWAYS CHECK YOUR LIVE FORM AFTER PUBLISHING OR UPDATING. If the code is stripped return to Oases to copy your code from your Webform set up and re-publish from the TEXT mode tab.
This is a well-known issue in WordPress of which your Webmaster should be aware.
Section Two - Block Building WordPress
The Oases snippet must be published in a Custom HTML Block.
When adding a block to your WordPress page press the plus at the top of the page or under your pre-amble block.
From the plus menu look for Formatting.
Choose Custom HTML
When the Custom HTML block is added, paste your snippet code from Oases into the block.
