Overview
The permissions tab in the staff page deals with two types of permission: the Access Level and Location Permissions.
Article Sections
Access Permissions
This is the lefthand section of the page and is the level of access to Oases and as such what they can see and what they can do when logged in.
This area looks like this when there is no log in created.
And like this when a log in is created.
Location Permissions
The right hand section of the page deals with the locations that a staff member is permitted to work with when they log in as shown below. Press the arrow to the left of the program name to see the individual service delivery locations assigned to the staff member.

Assign Access Permission
To create a login see SF03. Staff Login - Creation
1. The access level is assigned before the login is created but you can assign the permission group afterward.
What each level can see and do is displayed on the permissions page in Set Up. SF13. Staff Access Levels
2. Assign a matching permission group unless an Admin has created a personalized permission group for that access level as shown in the image above. SU14. Permission Groups - Access Levels
3. If you need to create sessions in Oases for this staff member ensure that the tutor box is checked.
