
Overview
Send a bulk template email or typed email to Staff, Customers or Students from the Staff, Customer, Student or Session List.

Note about Schedule & Session Emails
To send emails to all people on a schedule or session you don't have to email them from the tutor, parent or student grid as you would for bulk blasts, just use the emailing function from within the session or schedule.
Send Bulk Email from List
1. Open the relevant record list. This example uses Staff but this may be accessed from:
- Student List
- Customer List via People
- Customer List via Private Invoicing
- Staff
2. Filter the grid by any combination of the following as required to refine your list:
- Program
- Location
- Access level
- Active status
- Tags
- Column Title sort
3. Select the names of the staff to receive the email and the Actions menu will present. Search and select Bulk Email.
4. In the pop up select a template or free-type your email.
5. When ready press Send. A copy will go to the staff record Note area and also to the Email Log Report.

6. When viewing the Email Log Report if an email was sent as part of a bulk send there will be a B in front of the email template name.
Bulk Session Emails
7. Bulk session emails can be sent to the Tutor, Student or Parent from the Session List.
8. Filter your session list as required by date, type, program or tutor and mark off your sessions.
9. In the Actions menu select Email Session Participants.
10. Choose who to email and type your one-off email or select a template. Create templates with a type of 'Session' to appear in the template list.
11. NOTE: When creating session templates or choosing recipients make sure your template will make sense. If sending to all keep your template generic as exampled above. Or consider multiple sends to different recipients using different templates.
12. Press Send.
