Overview
When assigning or unassigning tutors from students or changing the student status manually Oases can log an automatic audit note to the student and staff record.

The Note
The notes are entered with a category of Audit (AUD) enabling simple filtering of these items on the note page and in the custom reports area.
Activate/Deactivate
1. Go to Set Up and open Config Settings from the Company area.
2. Expand the Database section.
3. Use the buttons in Auto Note to switch this item on or off. Save the page.
