Overview
Duplicating a schedule is for a student that will need more than one schedule. It will copy the data entered into any custom fields that you have in a schedule.
As such the schedule will not duplicate if you do not have any custom fields set up for your schedules.

What is duplicated
A duplicated schedule will assign the same student to the new schedule and save entries from the custom fields on the Details tab.
You will also have the choice to copy the Day Rows as from the Create Multiple Sessions area.
Duplicate a Schedule
1. From the desired schedule press the 3 dots at the top of the schedule.
From the popup decide if you wish to copy the days and times area. Confirm.
2. You will receive a green message on the screen that the schedule was duplicated. The number of the new schedule is a link in this message. Press it to go to your new schedule. (Linking to the new schedule will save any changes to the existing schedule)
3. In the new schedule the student will be assigned.
4. In the new schedule the custom fields will be filled out per the existing schedule.
5. No other items will be copied so continue to set the new schedule as normal starting with your sessions.
6. If you don't link to the new schedule immediately you can find it at the top of the schedule grid or by filtering the schedule grid by the new schedule number.
