
Overview
If you need to change one or a couple of sessions made by a schedule due to a holiday, staff day off or time change you will work in the relevant session directly.

Modify a single Session made by a Schedule
1. Open the Schedule and open the session from the session list inside the schedule or open the session directly from central search or from the session page or calendar.
2. Make your changes.
3. When you close out of your schedule your changes will remain.
4. The only action that will overwrite any changes you made would be to press the Recreate Schedule button from the Create Multiple Sessions area.
If you press Recreate Schedule it will return the schedule to the exact sessions and items as set on the Create Multiple Sessions for sessions in the future that have not been submitted, reviewed or reviewed.
Delete a session made by a Schedule
5. If you used the Create Multiple Sessions to create a group of sessions in your schedule and one of those days falls on a holiday and will not take place, just delete the session.
Deleting a session from a schedule will delete it from the schedule and from your database. If you don't want a session on a schedule but don't want it deleted from your database then disassociate the session from the schedule rather than delete it.
If you want to keep the session in the schedule as a record as a session that did not take place, then remove the tutor and the student or the student time from the session.
6. To delete a session from a schedule, location your session inside the schedule or in the main sessions area and place a check mark to the left of the session you wish to delete.
7. Press the unlink icon to disassociate the session from the schedule but keep it in your database.

8. Press the black X to disassociate the session from the schedule but keep it in your database.
Please remember that if you press Recreate Schedule at any time in the future it will return the schedule to the exact sessions and items as listed on the multiple session page exactly; overwriting any changes made in the sessions and replacing deleted sessions that are in the future.
