
Overview
When doing group tutoring you may wish to add or remove a student after the schedule has started.

Add Students to Your Schedule
When you have all of your sessions linked and created press the Attendees tab at the top of the schedule to add students.
1. An existing schedule will show all students already on the schedule with green check marks to the left of their names.
2. View additional students that may be added by placing a check mark in - Show Available Students.
3. Any other students with the same location permissions as the locations in the schedule will be added but with a red x to the left of their names.
4. Add a student by changing the red X to a green check mark and they will be added to all sessions belonging to the schedule that are today or in the future and have not been submitted, reviewed or approved.
Add Students From a Certain Date
5. If you wish to add a student from a date in the future simply submit the sessions between now and that date. This can be done quickly in the session grid.
6. Go to the session grid and add the schedule number in the grid search.
7. Put the date of the last submitted session in the first date field.
8. Put the day before the student will be joining the schedule in the second date field and the grid will show those sessions.
9. Check off sessions and use Actions to submit them.
10. Return to Schedule and add student. They will be added to all unsubmitted sessions.
11. Return to Session grid filter to the same sessions and remove the submit status.
If there are only a couple of sessions between now and the start date you may wish to add them to the entire schedule and remove them from the sessions they will not attend manually.
Remove Student From Schedule
12. Remove a student by changing the green check to a red x and they will be removed from all sessions that are today or in the future and have not been submitted, reviewed or approved.
Remove Student From a Certain Date
13. This is handled the same way as adding from a certain date by submitting all sessions up to the date the student will leave, then removing student from schedule and unsubmitting sessions.
