Delete a Session Made by a Schedule
If you used the Create Multiple Sessions area to create a group of sessions in your schedule and one of those days falls on a holiday and will not take place, just delete the session.
Deleting a session from a schedule will delete it from the schedule and from your database. If you don't want a session on a schedule but don't want it deleted from your database then disassociate the session from the schedule rather than delete it.
1. Locate your session inside the schedule or on the main Session Grid and place a check mark to the left of the session you wish to delete.
2. Press the trash can in the tool bar to delete the session from the schedule and from your database.
Unlink a Session From a Schedule
3. Place a check mark next to the session and press the unlink session icon to disassociate the session from the schedule but keep it in your database.
Please remember that if you press Recreate Schedule at any time in the future it will return the schedule to the exact sessions and items as listed on the multiple session page exactly, overwriting any changes made in the sessions and replacing deleted sessions.
