The Application Packet is a list of items you would like your new hires to provide when they join your company.

Deal Breakers
As well as serving as a check list in each staff member's record you can set items to be 'deal breakers'. If these items are not checked off in the staff member's record Oases will not allow you to assign this staff member to a student session or to a student thereby preventing the release of sensitive student information accidentally.
Edit Application Packet
1. Go to Setup.
2. From the Staff section select "Application Packet".
3. The page will open for you to begin to compile your list that will create check boxes in each staff record. You may have up to 12 items in this list.
4. In this page you are able to add, remove, and edit the check boxes that are shown in the "Company" tab of a staff member.
Each row will create a check box. The first column is the name of the check box and the second column is whether you want the item to be a 'deal-breaker' item.
5. You can delete any row by clicking the x to the right of it. Use the "Save" button to confirm any changes.
6. Drag the 3 bars to re-order items.
Locked Items
7. Once an item is checked in any staff record the item will grey-out in the list and you cannot delete it or change the name.
You can however change the severity of a grey item; changing the yes or no column.
This is to protect your data. For example you could have a field called Driver's License which is checked off for every staff member. If you changed this to Finger Print check and made it a required deal-breaker item then it would automatically be checked off in each staff member's record. This is a security issue for you and as such we prevent the compromise.
Submit a support ticket to change a grey item.
Number of Records
8. You may have up to 12 items in the Application Packet item list.

9. View your completed list in any staff record on the Company tab.
