Save a personal filter selection for future use.

1. Saved filters can be used on the following pages:
- Sessions > Calendar > Month View
- Sessions > Calendar > Week View
- Sessions > Calendar > Day View
- Sessions > Calendar - List View
- Sessions > Session List
- People > Staff
- People > Customers
- People > Students
Save a Filter
2. On one of the pages mentioned above you will note a Filter Icon.
3. This will be empty if there are no saved filters.
4. Press Filter and make your filter selections in the normal way. For this example I want to see all online locations across multiple programs.
5. When filtered press the save icon.
6. Name your Filter and Save.
7. Your filter is now saved and can be selected from the Filters drop-down for future use.
8. When a filter is active there will be a Check/Tick next to the name.
9. As usual press the red no-entry sign to clear down all filters.
10. Only one saved filter may be selected at a time but you can add additional manual filters post selection such as tags for complete filtering.
Delete a Filter
11. Press the red x next to the filter name to delete your saved filter.
Central Search
12. Recently used Saved Filters will appear in Central Search under recent items. Select to open the page and filter.
Note about the Session List
13. The session list saved filter will also save the date selection automatically. So when using saved filters on this page and you wish to ignore the date range saved with the filter, select your saved filter first then change the date or date range.
