Setup your Holidays calendar by automatically adding holidays by country or multiple countries. Create your own holidays for your area or company.
Use in combination with Schedules to avoid scheduling sessions on certain days.

Set Your Holidays
1. Go to: Setup > Company > Holidays.
2. Choose your country from the drop down menu.
3. Press Load Holidays.
4. Repeat to have two countries in your holiday management.
5. Years are loaded separately so arrow on to the next year and repeat.
Delete or Create Holidays
6. Press on a red day in the Holiday Manager to see the name of the holiday or to Delete.
7. Press on an empty day to add a holiday.
8. Press on the x at the top of a month to delete all holidays from a month. Press on a blue day to remove that holiday from the calendar if your team will be working that day.
Visibility in Calendars
9. Days marked as holidays will be shown in calendars in blue.
Visibility in Sessions
10. Sessions can still be created on holidays, if required, but a warning will appear in the session.
Prevent Scheduling on Holidays via Schedules
11. When working in Schedules and using Create Multiple Sessions you can opt to skip holidays when scheduling.
12. The number of hours count between your date range is the total less holidays. In the example below the 29 hours does not include sessions for the 3 holidays as they will be skipped when sessions are created.
13. The graphic below shows the same schedule but allowing scheduling on holidays. The total for the same date range is now 32 as an extra 3 hours will be scheduled due to 3 holidays.
Skip Holidays in Marketplace & TutorPlace
If you would like Customer Session Request and Schedules released to tutors to also avoid holidays, set this in Config Settings.
Go to Setup > Company > Config Settings > Private > Skip Holidays in Tutor & Parent Login > Set to Yes > Apply Changes.
