
Overview
Staff records in TutorFirst may be marked as a Consultant to give ownership of Customers and Schedules to a staff member in your organization.
This enables Customers and Schedules to be filtered by the owning Consultant.
It does not prevent other users, with the correct permissions, from being able to view or edit those records.

Make an Admin or Coordinator a Consultant
1. There is no need to create an additional record for your Consultants, simply check the Consultant box on the Permissions tab of the staff record.

2. On the Details tab of the Customer record you can view who is set as consultant.
3. Press Edit on the Details tab to assign the Consultant.
4. The Customer List may be filtered by the assigned Consultant. Press Filter and then select Consultant.

5. The Consultant may be set at the top of a Schedule.
6. On the Schedules page you can filter your schedules by the assigned Consultant. Press Filter and choose consultant.
NOTE: Do not use this item with Lead Teachers unless they have been given specific permissions to view schedules and customers.
Custom Reports
7. Consultant is an available field when building Custom Schedule Reports and Custom Customer reports.
