
Overview
The default setting in TutorFirst is for Coordinators with access to Private Invoicing to see all accounts (customers & students) who have the same location permissions as the Coordinator.
For large Programs this may present accounts to the Coordinator that are not required, or you don't want them to see. So it is possible to present only those accounts where the Coordinator has been assigned to the customer as the Consultant.

Coordinator Access to Private Invoicing
1. To check your coordinators have access to Private Invoicing check the permission groups by going to Setup > Staff > Permissions.
2. Open the default Coordinator permission and check invoicing is set to Visible.
3. Repeat for any custom Coordinator permissions created.
Coordinator Consultant Status
4. Make your Coordinator is set as a Consultant on the permissions tab of the staff record by checking the Consultant field.
Assign Consultant to Customer
5. In the Customer record assign the relevant Consultant.
6. If required filter the customer list by the consultant to check your work.
Turn on Config Setting
7. Go to: Setup > Company > Config Settings > Staff.
8. Set Coordinator Invoice Viz to Yes.
Check visibility
9. Ask your Coordinator to log in and confirm the Customers and Students they can view in Private Invoicing.
People - Customers Visibility
10. This setting is a display filter only while working in Private Invoicing. All Customer and Student records with common location permissions will be visible via the People Customers and Student Grids. The linked shortcut from the student record direct to the account page will remain active for all records with common permissions.
