Overview
Where and how to add notes and documents to records.
Article Sections
Add Note
1. Standard record notes may be added to Student, Staff, Customer/Parent records.
2. In the record select the Notes/Docs tab.
3. Press the plus sign to add a note.
4. Add a Subject, your note text, category and save.
5. Oases will date and time stamp each note added.
Edit Notes
6. Notes may be edited by users with Admin access only.
Auto Notes
7. Oases will add auto notes when:
- Tutors are assigned to students
- Tutors are unassigned from students
- Emails are sent
Add Document
Documents may be added to Student, Staff and Customer/Parent records.
8. Press the upload arrow icon in the document area.
9. Add description, type and select your document and save.
Types info for students:
- Restricted - to prevent the tutor & Lead Teacher from seeing the document. Not visible to parents.
- Parent Visible - so that the document will be visible to the linked parent from the parent login. The assigned tutor for that student may also see a document with a Parent Visible category.
Document Size Limit
10. Note: Maximum size for an upload is 20MB per document.
Document Library
11. These instructions are for documents held in a record. Blank or useful documents may be loaded to the Document Library.
