Document Size
1. Check you document is less than 20MB's. Save as two separate smaller documents if it is too large and upload the two new docs separately.
Document Name
2. Does you document name (file name) include an apostrophe or symbol. If so rename the document minus the apostrophe and upload.
Connection
3. Check your internet or phone signal.
