Credit Card processing through Oases TutorFirst will be deprecated on Sep 2nd,2026.
The following information is to assist customers switching from Authorize.Net to Stripe.
Up to September 2nd, 2026 the two processors may be used together as you move your customers over from Authorize to Stripe.

Capture the Credit Card with the PayNow button in the Invoice Email
Connect your Stripe Account
1/ Go to Setup > Integrations > Payment.
2/ In the new section below your Authorize credentials, press Connect to Stripe to link your account by signing in. The credentials of an Admin on the Stripe account must be used.
Rename your Authorize Alias from Default to Authorize.
THEN DRAG STRIPE INTO POSITION ONE AS YOUR DEFAULT
Move a Customer from Authorize to Stripe
3/ Open the customer record on the Billing tab and scroll to the bottom.
4/ An existing customer using Authorize will look similar to the image below.
Delete the Cards/Payment Profiles
5/ Delete the current payment profiles by placing a check next to the payment profile rows and then select Delete Selected from the drop down menu.
Change the Processor
6/ When the payment types are deleted change the Payment Profile to Stripe.
7/ Press the pencil after Payment Profile
8/ Select Stripe.
Collect Credit Card data for Stripe
9/ Your customers will need to re-add their data directly to Stripe. For security reasons no data is saved by Oases and as such cannot be transferred.
This can be done by logging in to their customer portal and adding a new payment method from the billing page or you can send them a link.
Send a Link to Collect Card Data
10/ Create a parent email template.
11/ Populate the Template with your message similar to the one shown below.
Create Link
12/ Open the billing tab in your customer's record and scroll to the bottom.
13/ Press New Payment Method at the top of this section. If you have the credit card details you can enter them manually.
14/ Press Generate Payment Method Link if you want to send a secure entry page to your customer.
15/ The link will automatically copy to your clipboard.
Send Link
16/ At the top of the page for this customer press the email icon.
17/ Select your template.
18/ Highlight the link text you added and press on the link icon.
19/ Paste the link into the URL field.
20/ Press any empty space in your template to check the link is live.
21/ Make any other edits and send the email.
Link Lifespan
22 The link will be valid for 5 days, after which it will expire and a new link will need to be sent.
Confirmation
23/ You will receive a confirmation email to the email address listed on your My Account page when the customer has completed the entry.
Capture the Credit Card with the PayNow button in the Invoice Email
24/ If you email invoices to your customers add the Pay Now button to your invoice that is used with Stripe, as Stripe can capture credit card details at the same time as paying the invoice even if the customers don't have a login.

Transition
While transitioning some of your customers will be paying by Authorize and some by Stripe which is fine. When transitioned remove the Authorize panel from Setup > Integrations > Payment.
