
Overview
If you have Programs in a Time Zone other than the default Time Zone for your database you will need to set a Time Zone for the Program to ensure that any sessions pushed to Google Calendars are displayed with the correct time.

Establish Database Time Zone
1. Establish your database default time zone by going to the main menu and selecting: Setup > Company > Config Settings > Database and check the time zone allocated.
We use standard time zones so it will display a city in the same time zone as your database. The example below would be Eastern Time.
2. If all your Programs are in the time zone displayed you need take no further action.
3. If the timezone is incorrect you may up date it here. However, if you have Programs in other time zones as well as this one you will need to override this default in individual Program page.
Change Location Time Zone
4. Go to Locations and select the program.
5. Press edit and change the default selection to the required time zone.
6. So for the example given the TutorFirst database is set to Eastern Time but the sessions for this program will be in UK time.
7. We use standard time zone selections so the exact city may not show, just select a city in the required time zone.
8. Create a session for the time of the program.
9. Session Time Zone is an available field in the Custom Session Report Area.

10. In the Central Calendar sessions are displayed in the timezone of the logged in user and the time zone being used is displayed top right of the calendar page.
11. Press on the session in the calendar to see both times. The local time and the session time. In the example below the tutor is in Eastern Time and the session is in her calendar at 11.15am, the student is in London and the session will be at 4:15pm.
