Overview
Set TutorFirst to send an email to the tutor when a session is booked with them via MarketPlace.

Email Trigger
This email is triggered when:
- A student books on to a session or schedule being sold on MarketPlace.
- A Tutor is booked on MarketPlace.
Activate Template
1. Go to: Setup > Other > Template Setup.
2. Search marketplace in the drop down and select Marketplace Notification - Tutor.
3. Activate if required.
Edit Template
4. Add any additional text you would like to add as instructions to your tutor, making sure not to remove the merge macro #MARKETPLACELIST#.
5. Keep in mind that if you are displaying tutors for booking that the location of the session will be the default added in MarketPlace or no location if no default set. Consider adding text to advise the tutor of this and to reach out to the customer to set the location and update it in the session in TutorFirst.
Test Your Email
6. We recommend testing a purchase with a fake customer who has an email address you can access. Create a 100% promo code to check out with no cost while testing.
