
Overview
When your customer has completed their purchase via Marketplace they will be able to print their sales details from their account (invoice and receipt) but you may also wish to send a confirmation email with additional details.

Activate Customer Notification Email
This email notification needs to be activated in TutorFirst.
1. Go to: Setup > Other > Template Setup.
2. Search the menu for marketplace and select Marketplace Purchase - Customer.
3. Activate if required.
Edit your Email
4. Make your changes as required.
Test Your Email
5. We recommend testing a purchase with a fake customer who has an email address you can access. Create a 100% promo code you can use for testing.
