The following changes have been made to Oases:
1. Configure Oases for unlimited Customer Credit
Rather than adding a manual credit limit when a customer is created it is now possible to switch your database to unlimited credit for all new customers entered into the database.
Please submit a support ticket if you would like all customers/parents added to the database to have unlimited credit for Invoice Outstanding.
This is only needed if you schedule first and then invoice the scheduled sessions using invoice outstanding.
2. Phone Numbers on Daily Happenings & Tutor Schedule Report
If you print the Daily Happenings Report or the Tutor Schedule Report to manage your day we have added the tutor and student phone numbers to assist with chasing tardies.

Set an email to advise you of students who have met a total hours threshold.
