This bulletin announces the following changes to Oases:
1. Load or Change your Document Logo
You may add or change the logo that appears at the top of any document produced by Oases on the Set Up - My Account page. Jpg must be used.
2. Custom Reports
Oases has released a custom report builder to compile and save personalized reports for the information you need on a regular basis.
Full Admin Access to Oases is required for Custom Reports.

3. Test Gains Reports for the ACT/SAT Test Grids
Two new reports have been added to the Student section of the reports suite. SAT test gains and ACT test gains will compare the results of the first test to the last test and advise on score and percentage gain. First and last test are established by the test date in the grid.
4. Student Names on Calendar View of Sessions
We have changed the day view of the calendars to feature increased vertical space to feature the names of the students on a session. This applies to the Central Calendar via the Sessions Tab, the Student Calendar access by pressing hours in the Student Grid and the Staff Calendar accessed by pressing hours in the Staff Grid.
5. New Gray Fields in Configure Session Types
When configuring session types only private pay style sessions need data in the time and rate columns. Therefore, if any other type of session is selected these boxes will now 'gray out' to indicate that data is not required but programmed elsewhere in Oases.
6. New Data Selections for Agency Invoices
We have added multiple new data selections to the foot of the Locations Program/District page for adding details to the tables included on page 2 of an agency invoice for SES and ELT style programs.
