What Needs to be in Place
1. Ensure that there is an email address in the customer record.

2. In Private Invoicing select the Customer tab.

3. Use any filters required to sort your information:
- By Name.
- You may also press on the column headers such as Total or Over 90 to bring your older accounts to the top. Press it twice to filter the other way.
- By Program & Location.
- By Tags.
4. Put in a cut off date if required if you don't want the statement to show transactions for all time. A cut off date will calculate and display a brought forward balance as of the cut off date and only detail transactions after that date.
5. If necessary adjust the records showing on the page using the display selector top left, to include the total number of customers on one page.
6. Check off your customers.
7. Place a check mark to the left of the customer names to whom you wish to send a statement or select all by using the check box at the top of the grid.
8. From the Actions menu select Bulk Email Statements.
View or Send Individual Statement
9. Send or print an individual statement from the Billing tab inside the Customer record.

10. If you would like to check who received a statement by email go to: Tools > Reports > Other > Email Log.
