The following changes have been made to Oases today, October 18th 2016.
1. Scoring ACT tests in Oases and the Oases ACT Test Report
Oases has released ACT test scoring where student answers may be added to Oases and Oases will produce scaled scores and an Oases ACT Test Report.
2. Custom Session Reimbursement Report
A tutorial has been added to assist you to produce a custom Session Reimbursement report by staff member by pay period.

3. Change of email address process used for session notes
The process used by Oases to identify the email address to use for student session notes to be sent to the parent/guardian has changed slightly. Rather than looking directly at the Parent/Guardian One email in the student record, Oases will first check the email address of the attached customer record or records. If a student has two attached customer/parent records with an email they will both receive the session notes. If there is no attached customer record or the attached customer record has no email address, Oases will then use the email address for the parent/customer located in the Parent/Guardian One field in the student record.
