Overview
It is possible to send a session request to your service provider via the Calendar page of your portal.
This is an optional item that your service provider may switch off.

Request a Session
1. Press on Request Session top right of your Calendar page.
2. Choose the student. If your student has no hours available you will receive a message and a session request is not possible at this time. Please reach out to your tutoring provider.
3. If credit is available or not required a tutor box will be added under the student name listing your student's currently assigned tutors.
4. Choose the tutor and a calendar will appear. Choose your date and time for the session request.
5. Add any notes about location or subject as needed.
6. Confirm your request.
7. This has been sent to your provider.
8. The new requested session is added to your calendar and will be pale blue until confirmed.
Counter Offer
9. You may receive a counter offer from your provider. You will receive an email advising you to open the session. Sessions with a counter offer will be lilac in color and will display at the new time/day.
10. Press on the session to respond.
11. When you respond the session will have stripes to let you know you have processed this proposal.
12. You will be notified when the session is confirmed or if it is denied.
13. When confirmed the session in the calendar will be grey like other planned sessions and you will see the name of the tutor or service provider. Click on the session for additional information.
Note: If you are not able to make a session request then this feature has been disabled by your service provider. Please contact them directly to arrange a service appointment.
Note: This is a request only, if your provider has a Storefront link in your menu, booking a tutor may be an option if this option is available from your provider.
