Welcome to the Parent/Customer area of Oases.
When you have created your password please log in to the Oases management system with your email and the password you have just set.
The log in URL for main Oases access is https://secure.oasesonline.com
If your service provider gave you a different access URL please use the one provided.
When logged in via the main Oases login your account will open on the Student tab.
You will see a list of your student name/s and perhaps a list of documents depending on whether your provider has loaded any documents for your use.
Press on a student name to find out more information. You will see two sections; one with documents that you may press and download and one with planned sessions and the status of those sessions.
1. HOURS BOOKED - The total number of hours scheduled for your student.
2. UNUSED/UNINVOICED HOURS - A positive number represents the amount of hours purchased that have not been closed out. A negative number is the number of hours that have been scheduled but not invoiced.
3. PRINT - Print a list of sessions.
4. STATUS - Session status. Approved sessions are fully complete and when clicked will display the student session note if one is present.
A. Blank - The session had not yet taken place or the tutor has not yet closed it out.
B. Submitted - The tutor has finished closing the session.
C. Reviewed - A supervisor has checked the session.
D. Approved - The management team has finalized the session. Any session notes made by the tutor will be visible to you after the session is approved.
Print Session List
Press the print icon indicated in the graphic above to print a full list of sessions for this student.
Student Session Notes
Press on an approved session to see any progress notes made by the tutor.
Press on the Calendar tab in the main menu at the top of the screen to see a calendar featuring sessions for all of your students.
Press on PRINT CALENDAR to print personalized calendars for each of your students.
Press NEW SESSION to request a session. If the Session Requests pop up does not open then this function has been turned off by your provider.
The color of the sessions represent the status. Green = Approved, Blue = Reviewed, Orange = Submitted and Gray = not processed per the explanations above.
A requested session will be pale blue until confirmed by your provider.
On the daily view of the calendar, accessed by pressing DAY, top right of the screen you will see student names in the scheduled session appointments.
Press on the Billing tab in the main menu to see a list of your invoices and payments and how much you owe if you have a balance.
Press on a row in the Account History box to view or print an invoice or view a payment.
Press Print or Email statement to see a print out of your Account History.
Add Credit Card for Payments
If your service provider has opted for credit card processing in Oases you will see a Payment Method Button and a Make Payment Button to save credit card numbers and run transactions respectively.
If your service provider has credit card processing and has programmed customer purchasing you may press Buy Services to purchase additional hours.
