TutorFirst may be customized in the following ways:
Article Sections
Configuration Settings
Configuration Settings are the switches used to turn various features on and off in TutorFirst. These may be viewed via Setup - Company - Config Settings.
You may change green items or ask us to change pink items.
Logo
Your logo may be loaded to show on your new interface and print on documents produced by the TutorFirst system.
Go to: Setup > My Account > Load jpg logo.
Set Up
The Setup menu contains links to many items in TutorFirst that you can create, edit or customize.
Programming
You may request programming for a specific function you would like to see in TutorFirst.
Submit a support ticket with your programming requirements. We will ask you for a $95.00 Feasibility and Quote deposit and when paid assist you with creating a specification for your work.
Feasibility is performed to see if the feature would work within the TutorFirst framework and if it would we will then quote for the work. The deposit will be deducted from the quote fee. If you decide not proceed the deposit is not refundable nor transferable.
We do not accept programming requests from new customers and ask that you use the system fully for at least a month before requesting enhancements. This is to prevent you paying for something you perhaps could have lived without had you been aware of possible workarounds and other time saving features that come with an overall familiarity with the product.
