
Overview
Custom load of template documents to be used in place of the default TutorFirst Learning Plan, Progress Report, Invoice or Statement.
This is a paid service and each instance is assessed differently.

Criteria
To load template documents the following criteria must be met:
1. All of the information that is required to be pulled to the template document when it is produced, must be held within the TutorFirst system in the form that it is being pulled to your document.
2. No calculations or algorithms may be applied to the data. (example: No if this, then print that scenarios).
Required Documents
If all of the information is stored in TutorFirst, then we need 2 items submitted.
a. A template of the replacement LP, PR, invoice or statement in a .doc format containing all hard copy text, information, headers and logo that will print each time. This document must contain only the information that will be constant and unchanging regardless of student details.
b. A second copy of the document that has been completely filled out to match one of your students in TutorFirst. Along with the portion that is completed, we need you to highlight where in TutorFirst (page and field) each piece of data comes from.
Format
The forms must be in a .doc format. We cannot create custom documents from a .pdf or excel file.
3. If the situation meets all requirements and you have filled in the necessary data, please open a Support Ticket and attach both the template and the completed file to the ticket.
Fees
A minimum charge of $25.00 (price depends on complexity and quality of provided data) is applied for us to complete the programming work. You will be advised and given time to approve any charges, prior to any work commencing.
Complicated items that require algorithms and coding will be offered as custom programming at $95.00 per hour.
