
Overview
If restructuring it is best to create new session types and retire the old ones rather than re-naming them, as this prevents confusion.
A session type is marked as unused if retired.

Mark a Session Type as Unused
1. In the main menu select: Set Up > Other > Configure Session Types.
2. Check the slider in the Unused column if you will no longer be using a session type.
3. This will prevent the session type from showing as available for new sessions but will protect it in old sessions and invoices.
Invoicing
4. The unused session type will still be available in invoices and for invoice outstanding but show as unused in parentheses.
Setup Ordering
5. You may wish to move your unused session types to the bottom of your list on the Configure Session Types page to keep them out of the way.
6. Simply grab the bars and drag to a new position.
