Change Your Password when Logged In
1. Lead Teacher, Coordinator and Admin access can change their password from the user menu top right. Select Set Password.

2. If a staff member would like to change their password and is not logged in, the email to set/reset password can be sent by pressing Verify in the staff record.
3. Open the staff record and press Edit on the Contact tab.
4. Press Verify.
5. If you don't see the Verify button then the staff member does not have a login and one will need to be created.
6. You can check the email was sent out by checking the Email Log report. Go to Tools - Reports - Other - Email Log. The most recent emails will be at the top and you are looking for a send_confirm_email for a password reset (or new login).
Password Change by the Admin Team
7. A user with Admin access to TutorFirst may reset the password for a staff member if required.
8. In the staff record go to the Permissions tab and press Edit. Press reset Password.
PLEASE NOTE: If you set the password for a staff member when you first create the login or have just pressed VERIFY it will make the email links emailed to the employee null and void. This may cause confusion so only set a staff password if requested to do so.
