Uses
Large sessions or workshops with multiple students and tutors or session leaders.
Staff Meeting with Primary tutor as meeting holder and additional tutors as attendees.
Staff Reviews and Training.
Activate Multiple Staff
This is a configurable item, if you don't see the Additional Tutors box then this needs to be set up.
Go to Setup - Company - Config Items - Sessions - Multiple Tutors - Make Change and Save.
Add Additional Tutors to an Individual Session
1. In the session scroll to the bottom of the session to the Advanced Options panel.
2. Any tutors with the correct location permissions for the session will be listed in the Additional Tutor drop down.
3. Select the names of the staff who will assist on the session or attend the meeting. Do not select the tutor already selected as the session tutor, they will be the Primary Tutor.
4. Once selected the name and the duration of the session will automatically transfer to the additional staff member/s.
5. If the additional tutor will not be there for the full duration of the session this time allocation may be changed to one less than the full duration of the session.
Add Additional Tutors to a Schedule
6. Open Create Multiple Sessions and locate the Additional Tutors drop down in the Details panel. Tutors with the correct location permissions for the schedule will appear. Select the required staff.
7. They will be added to all sessions on the schedule with the same duration as the duration of the session.
How To See Additional Tutors
8. In the session list on the Sessions Tab inside the schedule or on the main Sessions grid or the calendar the primary tutor's name will be listed with a plus one or plus the number of additional tutors selected.
