What to do if you see the Student Program mismatch warning.

What is the Mismatch Warning
1. If a Student has a enrollment type that does not match the type of the Program will cause a warning in a session.
2. This will not prevent you proceeding with the session as this is a warning only.
3. In the above graphic the Program is set to S (SES) but the student is P (Private Pay).

How to Remove the Warning
4. Knowing where the error lies is crucial in how to remove the warning. Most of the time the correct response is to the type of the Program.
5. Go to: Locations > Programs > Select Program > Edit > Change Program Type.
6. Recheck your session. For the example in point 1 the warning has now gone as the Program and the student are both Private Pay.
7. If the student is incorrect either move them to a different program or change their enrollment type. When changing a student enrollment type you will also need to update all of their existing sessions to a session type that matches their new enrollment type.
