Create or start an online meeting space in Lessonspace from Oases.

Automatic Lessonspace Meetings
If your sessions are created for you by your employer the Lessonspace meeting room may have been created in advance for you. This meeting space will be in Standby and activated automatically when the Session Reminder goes out to you, the parent or the student. In this situation you have nothing to do and you need only follow the instructions to Create a Meeting if advised to do so by your employer.
If you create a session and add it to a Schedule where Lessonspace meetings are set to create automatically, a Lessonspace meeting will be created in Oases Standby mode. Oases Standby means tthat Oases is standing by to create the meeting in Lessonspace.
Meeting Icons
Blue People Icon - Meeting not created or meeting in standby in Oases. Press this icon to create a meeting or activate the Oases Standby status to create meeting early.
Green People Icon - Meeting created in Lessonspace and activated. Press this icon to view meeting details, launch or email a link to a student who did not receive or deleted their session reminder.
Blue clock icon - Meeting created & in standby. Will be activated automatically when session reminders are sent. If your employer does not use session reminders you will need to activate the session from Oases.
Create Meeting
1. Create or open session that needs an online meeting space. This may be done in advance so the link is in the reminder for the student or on the day.
2. Press the blue people icon to create meeting space.
3. The icon will turn green.
Launch Meeting
If you received a Session Reminder containing the meeting link, you may launch the meeting from the email instead of logging into Oases.
If the student received a Session Reminder containing the meeting link, you do not need to email the link from the session.
If there is a problem however, follow the instructions below to launch and resend the info to the student if required.
4. Log into Oases and open your session.
5. Press the meeting icon.
Joining Meeting
6. Press Launch under your name to start the meeting (or the link in your reminder email) and enter the meeting room with your credentials.
7. If the student cannot find the link or did not receive a reminder you can email the link to the student (or parent).
or Press the small clip board icon to copy the meeting link and DM this to the student if that is an available means of communication for you.
or If the parent has a login to Oases they can login and press the session in the calendar and press Join Meeting.
Lessonspace Recordings
8. If a recording is available after your Lessonspace session a link will be in the session in the meeting area. Use the copy icon to copy the link should you need to send it.
