Overview
Use a a virtual bubble sheet on local device or as an emailed link for students to submit SAT Practice Test answers Online for automatic grading by Oases.

Requirements
1. The SAT Online Answer Bubble Sheet is for your students to submit their answers to a specific SAT practice test. You will need to email the specific SAT test booklet in PDF format to your students which can be done at the same time as sending the virtual bubble sheet.
2. Oases SAT Online Answer Bubble Sheets are test specific.

3. To send the Virtual Bubble Sheet open the student record and navigate to the Test Tab.
4. Select New Test and select the SAT test the student will be taking from
the drop down list.
5. From the pop up select to Set for Online.
6. The test will drop into the test grid with Waiting for Student in the Notes area.
7. When you are ready to send the test link or open bubble sheet on local
computer, press on the icon in the open column. Press Send Test Link to email
the virtual bubble sheet to a student or Take Test Now to open the virtual
bubble sheet on your computer or device for the student to enter answers
immediately.
8. When opting to email the link, the email template will open. You may check
off to send the link to the parent or student or type in an email address.
You may edit the text in the email before sending.
9. If your email contains the links to all the SAT and other test papers in the template, delete out all but the test the student will be taking and press Send Test to send your email. If there are no links send the test paper to the student. They are available to download in Tools > Documents > Test Papers SAT.
Student Answer Entry
10. If you opt to Take Test Now or when the student presses the link in the email the screen will confirm the name of the student and the name of the specific test to take.
11. Timing begins from the student pressing Begin Test.
12. As the student marks off answers in the virtual bubble sheet a progress bar will measure progress. Turning green when all questions in a section are complete.
13. The Math sections have fields to write in answers.
14. When the student has finished the test or the section of the test they are to take they will Submit the Test.
Grading
15. Oases will receive the answers, grade and time the test in the student record on the test tab.
16. The Essay section is added to store the timing and may be updated to include the manual essay score by pressing directly into the row to add the score.
17. Open the report by pressing on one of the download icons in the open
column. Any of these will produce the complete test report.
18. Email the report by pressing on one of the envelope icons at the end of the row. Any icon for a test will send the complete test report.
Set up the Email Template
19. In the main menul select: Setup > Other > Template Setup.
20. In the dropdown search by entering the word Test and select Email with link for Online Tests.
21. Update your template with instructions keeping in mind this is the same template used to send out the link for the online Achieve Test. If you don't have links to individual tests consider adding a link to access the SAT pdf's from the Oases Knowledge Base.
22. Do not remove the Take The Test link when editing.
Notification of Test Submission
23. When an online test is submitted by a student an email is sent to the staff member that sent the online test link. The template used is, Test Submitter: online test submitted.
Note on Student Status
24. The student record must be Active (have a code of Auto or other manually assigned active codes) to send and submit an online test. If you make your student inactive after emailing the test link and before the student presses the link the link will fail and a message that the link has expired will present to the student.
