Changes have been made to Oases, February 22nd 2018.
1. New SAT Test 0417
A new SAT test from April 2017 called 0417 has been added, please submit a support ticket to have this test added to your database.
The test paperwork is available via the SAT test page.

2. New Link to Invoicing Page from Student Record
On the Student Program tab there is a new link to go directly to the Invoicing Pop Up for the student.
Using this link will save any changes made to the student record before arriving at the invoicing area.
3. Changes to Private Pay Statements
Line item dates (invoice date and payment date) have been moved to the first column on the statement.
Invoices with sessions attached (Invoice Outstanding or Reconciled Invoices) will list the session dates on the invoice row of the statement.

4. Allocate Quick Hours for Private Pay Students
It's now possible to add Quick Hours for a private pay student where you do not wish to utilize the invoicing features in Oases.
5. Changes to Editing Invoices with Applied Payments
It is now no longer possible to edit the value of an invoice that has a payment applied.
Easy payment management options have been added to the invoice to unapply payments to allow invoice editing without leaving the invoice to manage the payment.
