Overview
Videos of training sessions with Oases are kept in your database as this knowledge base is visible to all customers.
The files are uploaded to your Document Library in a folder that has Admin & Coordinator access. Remove the Coordinator access should you wish these items to be visible to Admins only.

Locate Videos
1. In the main Oases menu hover over Tools and select Documents.
2. In the category menu pick Oases Support Files or Oases Support Files & Training.
3. Click on the link for the video you wish to review.
4. Current videos produced by Zoom should play automatically. If older items do not play on your computer then download the Webex ARF player software from the link provided.
