An employee is deactivated in Oases rather than deleted.

How to Deactivate
To deactivate an employee change the access level and the tutor code.
Never delete an employee, especially if they are on sessions. Make them inactive or terminated and change access this will protect the integrity of your session data.
Deactivate
1. In the staff record navigate to the permissions tab and remove Oases access by selecting no access.
2. If they have left the company or are on extended leave you may wish to update the tutor code on the staff company tab. In the same staff record change the tutor code to Inactive or Terminated as required.
3. The staff member cannot log in and will no longer populate the staff list but is still in Oases. To find them change the filter on the staff list from Show All to Show All plus Inactive or just to Inactive.
